Time to start again

So..a couple of times today I've browsed my blog and got a refreshed view of who I was a year and a half ago+(it's been too long I've forgotten and I'm a little different now).  All I can say is, I want to work harder to learn and grow!  Almost two months ago, I returned home from serving a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints.  It was so amazing and I'll tell you more about it in future posts:) but for now, you need to hold me accountable to my plans for the future..boy oh boy, they are pretty ambitious, but with God all things are possible, right?

1. First, I need to study the gospel everyday! Learning about the gospel will ensure spiritual strength/endurance and a greater understanding of everything....duh, because God knows everything...He can teach me:)

D&C 88: 78-80

 78 Teach ye diligently and my grace shall attend you, that you may be instructed more perfectly in theory, in principle, in doctrine, in the law of the gospel, in all things that pertain unto the kingdom of God, that are expedient for you to understand;

 79 Of things both in heaven and in the earth, and under the earth; things which have been, things which are, things which must shortly come to pass; things which are at home, things which are abroad; the wars and the perplexities of the nations, and the judgments which are on the land; and a knowledge also of countries and of kingdoms—

 80 That ye may be prepared in all things when I shall send you again to magnify the calling where unto I have called you, and the mission with which I have commissioned you.

2. Second, I need to be more dedicated towards learning secular things..and not waste my time with other trivial entertainment such as: mind craft....or instagram.....or pintrest ....or facebook. Wow...So many distractions....well, I know my purpose and my vision for the future. Knowing these things helps me to rise about my technology addictions and "get her done". This is my current task...hold me to it.
